I know Pricey is revisiting this event and I certainly don't want to miss out this year, but is anyone else up for this fast, flat course?
Incidentally, can't see anywhere to enter as yet, but I know it fills up fast. It was in February last year.

The course distance will be right this year.

| Doubt I'll be doing it in 2010 Ian as it probably won't fit in with my marathon preparations. Not going to over-do the racing next year as VLM will be my main focus until April. |

Oh, sorry, I thought you were doing this again Stephen. Pity you can't make it, as I'm sure you'd have made a serious assault on that PB, but if it doesn't fit it with the plan, then you're right to skip it. I know it was also frustrating this year with the distance issue spoiling the outcome for you too.
Incidentally, depending how I feel after the experience of Abingdon, I'm contemplating doing the Bungay Black Dog Marathon in April 2010, but I believe I can sensibly fit Bourton into the schedule without any adverse affect.

It's a gorgeous place for sure and well worth a visit at any time. We've been there a few times and love the place. Great to enjoy a beer and/or a meal next to the river (or should I say stream) that runs through Bourton.
As soon as I hear anything about entries opening Dave, I'll post to the thread and PM you if I remember It'd be nice if a few of us could make it.
