Just wondering if anyone can recommend a good book about Lydiard's training philosophy, or any other way for me to read up on it.
Have found this book on Amazon:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Running-Lydiard-Arthur/dp/1841260266/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1254824002&sr=1-1
Published in 2001 though so just wondering whether there's anything more recent?

Not strictly what you are after (it is neither particularly recent, but does develop on some of Lydiard's principles), but you may find this an interesting read:

In fact, this has reminded me that I ought have another read of this in the near future.
