Hi all,
I am a 44 year old just getting into running, as many at work run and I thought it would be a good way of having a break at lunchtime, and keeping fit!

Hi Phil, and a huge welcome to the club. Looking forward to hearing more about your running. Do you have any specific targets at all?

Hi Phil
Welcome, I see you are fairly local (I'm from Marlborough) - another potential recruit for the Ridgeway relay next year!!
Looking forward to meeting you at some local races. |

Hi Phil - big welcome from me as well, I too also run during lunchtimes at work & is really where I started back end of 2005 getting into running as work was where I'd put lots of weight on so i thought it only right to lose it there too lol as such
as has been mentioned start a running diary and put your thoughts down good or bad, its also a good place to go back and look at your progress (which you will) and I look forward to your input and seeing how you progrees
good luck
