Got mine too today, 1029. Have you noticed that they've reversed the course this year...... tho not the start and finish obviously lol.

Got my number today - 995. I had a terrible run last year, so maybe I'll do better running the other way round.

HW...... I dont know mate, but it is a good idea although this is a fast and flat one so some folk may have a bit of an advantage over some folk doing a not so flat fast one. Personally i dont have a problem with it but will put it past the gaffers.

Oooo... there's quite a little gathering going to be going on

My number is 212

After driving just short of 950 miles last weekend I booked a train ticket last night

Am going first class..... both ways and I think my pal is dropping me at the station too!

It suddenly feels real... and I am deternined to put the disappointment of Vrynwy behind me and enjoy the whole weekend. I can leave Newcastle at 12 and be in P'boro by 2.15 I can't believe it! £80 return to travel so fast and in such style!

Only thing is I have to meet more of Michael's family at the other end.... will I measure up??? I feel 17 not 48

I think it is going to be a no from me folks Realistically I am not going to be match fit in 2 weeks.

Update to the above:
Fizz has said I can try 10 mins run and if successful I have a back to running programme which means building up over about 6 weeks so I think it is defo a no from me. I am disappointed but I really don't want to undo all the good and I really do not want to be out of running for another 4 weeks.
I am hoping I can get myself up to distance by the time of Barns Green Half in November, I don't forsee a PB there..just to be able to compete at some level will do it for me.
