I will be running the City of Gloucester Run 10K event on the 20th September.
Ok well it may not be a challenging distance for me but is quite special as i have worked with Cancer Research on staging this race and planned the route.
I also plan to go for 10K pb as well.
Cancer has had quite an impact on our family with my nan and sister in law both recovering from breast cancer but we have also lost some close family friends.
