Well having missed two Marathon starts and picked up another achilles injury I did just 7 miles last month before having to stop. Well today I've started again ....... just a short slow jog on the flat, and this pm I've joined a gym as I've put on over 14lbs!

So more fat, less fit but still ..........

Er....hello..... didn't we run together today? I did 5 miles along a very hilly coastal path!

But it was *very* nice to run with you again

Good Luck Mike. You were making great progress before so I'm sure you'll soon be back to full fitness and the weight coming down again.

cycled to and from the gym, 2.5km on the treadie, 6 lengths of breaststroke and a sauna - very nice

Weigh in day tomorrow before I start my loose weight big time plan.

Update - starting weight 15st 13.4 lbs - so a smidge under 18lbs heavier than April.

Less fat, more fit, but still hedonistic

I am still here - lots of cycling, an hours yoga, more swimming - 8 whole lengths in 11 mins, and another short treadie run. My achilles aches a little most days but icing 3 times a day keeps it at bay

Weight isn't going so good though!

sounds busy mate and good on ya, i for one could do what you've been doing as I'm a little lazy with non running stuff

I joined the sun diet squad and may be a bad move as I'm storming in front of my challengings this week BUT I love the menus they throw up and great ideas for my slow cooker, steamer and convector oven

well done mate good on ya I may need to look at different non running activities, altho my Jen is concerned I've dropped from 14st 10lbs to 13st 5lbs in less than a week BUT I'm eating proper and running better

hijack and rammble of your page over
