LOL, HW! Could she be talked around by informing her of the nearby Golf facilities?

Oh for goodness sake calm down boys! There is actually a full stop after the Viagra bit...that is where you take a breath and start a new sentence.

Poor Pearce, he rarely puts a toe on the forum yet his sex life is the subject of much discussion!!

Save some of this excited energy for running...we WILL be beating F****.

I'll take whoever's word on the Vigra front.....

- Looking forwards to laugh at all the big tents there this year (as I was laughed at last year!) I'll also have a big smile after packing mine away in minutes rather than hours!

- I have put the word beginning with F into the bad language filter - so any use of it will result in severe censorship!

- I have got hold of a couple of poles (wooden ones not the ones from Poland! And before anyone puts their foot in it with Polish jokes - one of our latest new members is of Polish origins) - so that I can "erect" the club banner in various localities around Norfolk (unfortunately Claire, this will mean it will need to come with me rather than stay in Camp UKnet!)

- If anyone needs a good hi-viz vest (cycling / car support etc.) - B&Q have a great high quality bargain item- £2.98 for a really hi-viz vest!!!I'd recommend for anyone planning to be on-route in the darkness hours for safety.

- Interesting reading down the list of f***h runners - 1 current UKnetrunner & 3 former UKnetters (at least!) ..... let's make sure we come out on top! Sorry if my pace lets the side down!

Like Matt I am just looking forward to being able to have a bacon sarnie at the end of Stage 1. If that cafe doesn't open early this year I will have a tantrum

No worries Alan..I always come out on top!

Hope I don't meet any Ferks out on the road after dark...with my dodgy driving...red vests could be like a red rag to a bull. Opps slipped in the ditch did you? Terrible

And watch out for LB...I've seen the results of her recent tantrum

Al - I suspect the numbers of Fe.tch in our team outnumbers any Uknetrunners in theirs. In any case rivalry is good, as long as we come out on top.

Forgot to say I have signs for Timekeeper car and Support car...all nicely lamenated.

Have a couple UKnet signs (unlamenated) if anyone wants to stick them one in their car for a bit of Hi Viz publicity. They are only the logo and name on a A4 sheet of paper...nothing posh like!

I couldn't give a monkeys about any other teams, I'm just looking forward to UKNR having an enjoyable weekend, improving on last year's performance and maybe coming away with a prize

Mmm, bacon butties and Stage 1-2 changeover. Bacon is protein and bread is carbs, right? So its actually sports nutrition that'll help me run Stage 2. Sold.

I'll be getting to Lynnsport at around 8pm Friday, then I'm staying in Sheringham. I'm available all day Sat (after finishing stage 2) for any last minute running around of people, bikes, cars, etc. Just call me on mobile (on Contacts list) if needed.

Breakfast at Lynnsport Sunday morning looks too good to miss.

Not long now.

Mmmm, seems to be a bit of a f***h obsession on here, don't understand it myself, but then I don't know the history.

Anyhow, hope you have a great weekend all and that you beat everybody!!!

Is anyone in a position to update the site over the weekend, updates would be most welcome if so.

In't running brilliant.
