Well don't I feel a plonker now!

Physio?

The word does not exist in my vocab!

Be better off "getting the fizz down me!"

Glad to be making someone smile anyway !

Alan - sorry to read about your injury. From my experience of such injuries, you still have every chance of making it. You need to rest it as much as possible and don't go flying out of the door the moment it starts to feel better. No amount of training at this late stage will make any real difference anyway. Perhaps you could try a bit of swimming or even try a bit of cycling in a few days time. Just stay positive.

Sorry to hear the news Alan. Really hope you're sorted soon and can still make the RNR.

Wendi - thanks for the offer of your stage 4 cards. I would like to use them to help navigate the off road sections. I am aware of this year's changes to the route. Promise to let you have them back afterwards.

Hey I like that Fishy...are you bringing your camera this year? Not having Krissie on board we will need a team photographer!

Oh yes, I'll be taking my camera. My pics from last year are still at http://picasaweb.google.co.uk/stephen.r.gunn/RoundNorfolkRelay2021Sept2008# for anyone with a morbid interest in what we are getting into!

Sounds like a challenge! My PB is a "best in category" from last year.

haha - I like breaking club records!

Bought a telephoto zoom for it last week to get some nice frame filling shots of sweaty runners. Watch out everyone.

Note that the categories for this year's photo competition are "Start and Finish of the RNR", and "Team spirit of the RNR".

See http://79.170.42.3/roundnorfolkrelay.com/news.htm for more details.

Good luck, all!
