Matt, we can always swap legs...relay legs that is, cos you won't want my cellulite and I don't want hairy legs...anyway...as I was saying,we can always swap legs at the last minute.com if you feel rubbish tomorrow. But I have a mountain to climb which prob won't do your calf much good either.

Thanks for the offer Dips. You're doing an early leg aren't you? I won't be able to get to the area before early afternoon. I'm sure I'll be fine though. PMA and all that

Early I beleive, I've not studied the timing as I aim to just do as I am told when I am told. I'm more interested in the liquid break at the Pilchard and Plonker or whatever it is.

Just thought I'd check in on the thread now that I'm back in southern latitudes, and no longer needing an oxygen mask. I guess I'd better start getting my kit and Garmin sorted! See some of you tomorrow...

Have just woken up from GP + wine induced afternoon snooze... Mighty impressed that the guys are still out there running, and sad not to be there to support any more.

I had my best run in months on stage 1 - gave it all, and nearly dipped under 8min/mile. I possibly went off too hard, but hey... why not . My legs felt mighty heavy trying to keep up with Jeannie as I did my buddy running duties on stage 2 (part 2).

I shall try and do a more complete report later - can't wait to hear the rest of the stories from the course

Just got home, showered and sitting here with a toasted bagel wishing it was a bag of chips

Too knackered to write very much other than to say a VERY BIG THANK YOU to David (HW) for stepping in and organising us all. Special thanks to both him and Jeanie for the little extras...goody bags.

Good to see everyone and thank god I managed to run up that ruddy hill this year.

nite nite
