sorry mate. I did once know a guy who set himself up as an on-line coach but he seems to have disappeared. The relationship between coach and athlete needs to be one built on knowledge and trust in each other else it's not any better than you'll get from general texts. If that's the case why spend the money? The opposite is if the coach spends the time getting to know you and you get stuff tailored to you then take it. My experience of real life club coaches is that unless you are one of their special runners you only get the general stuff anyway. And some of them are a positive danger to their athletes.
