i'm down as a 12 which is fair enough although would have preferred the 10k time taken after ankle as opposed to the 10mile just before.......but at least i think the times are more achievable for me than previous

Thanks Stephen - now I understand why it's 8 races to count .... finally as clear as ....... to be honest the Grand Prix rules are clear in the same way that a house brick floats

I have updated my times on the results part of my profile today, and I think it means I should be moved from band 22 to band 20 on the grand prix. Sorry, I realise I should have updated these earlier but kept forgetting.
I don't want to cheat so could you alter this before the racing season really gets going?!
Thanks Zo x

Even my mum says 'bugger' so it can't be swearing as she generally frowns upon that sort of thing

Woo Hoo - maybe Alan pressed the magic button and I've made it to the top 3
Two girlies in the top 3.... but can we stay there Krissie
Does it count as a PB the first time you run.... thinking NTRIX 12k

Smout...my limited knowledge of the great world of GP tells me that the NTRIX doesn't count because it is a 'funny' distance.
However, there will be a seperate GP for the NTRIX.

| Dips, I think NTRIX does count towards GP as it is one of the distances that shows as a PB on the member details page. |

12k is one of the recognised GP distances, so it does count (as do 5k, 5m, 10k, 10m, half, 20m and mara).
And 1st time runs over a distance are a PB |
