Hey, whether or not you did the 5k - chin up, mate! If you didn't race, try and get out for an easy no-pressure run when you can - bound to make you feel better!

Well done Deano, so in theory, you ran this quicker than the last one cos its full distance, superb. Youve made some great gains over the last year..... keep it going.

Good to hear you had a good run today Deano and the legs feel fine. It certainly doesn't hurt to listen to your body as you did at Derby. May give Cardiff 5k TT another shot on Saturday, but not definite yet

I'll be hitting the streets soon myself. It's an absolutely glorious day here today

3 New tyres? must be a Robin Reliant
Have a blast at Lincoln mate, its only the organisation i have issues with, its a fast course, and one of the best 10k courses there is. Good luck, enjoy and give it stick.

Sorry hijack your diary but !!!! The garage men didn't seem to want to sell me loads of tyres..... first guy only wanted to sell me one an another wasn't going to do any! Finally I convinced the 3rd guy that I needed the two on one side and the one in the boot so I could put the spare back in the boot!

have a good run at Lincoln 10K, i too have issues with the planning/end of Lincoln 10K, its a great course and very fast BUT its not organised by runners so the finish can be very poor by way of getting out/water/medal/etc

lets us know how you get on though I'm sure you'll fly
