Just got back from a 7mi run around Cromford/high peak trail..

7 mi 1:08:47 ( 9:50 per mi )..
God there are some big hills around cromford...ascent 1708 ft today..
The high peak relay will run along this trail so it was nice to see the big hill first hand today...it's big...should be a great event..
may go back up for a norther run around here before november..

Deano.... Always enjoy your running.
