Nice steady run today, 5.5mi 50:33...(9:08 per mi )..
Legs feel fine, not going to make the derby 5k tonight so at to get out for a run ..think i am going to be on nights for the next 4 weeks so training will be a problem but hopefully i should be able to get a few runs in somewhere along the way...

Feeling go after my half at the weekend ( sub 2)...looking forward to the GER now...

Must be very difficult to fit the training in when on nights Deano. Hope you manage it OK and good luck with GER!

Short run today 4.5mi 40 mins (8:50 per mi).
Short run so i could get back to watch the GNR...

Steady 5.5mi 50:15 (8:58 per mi).
Nice run today , weather was great for running...feel ok, 10k cancer run at the weekend see how much i can collect/....

Not ran since tuesday with being on nights, 10k cancer run sunday.Should be a nice steady run looking for around 54/55 mins up two big hills..around 2000 people running this year so should be great fun..hope the sun is out

Had a great time today at the cancer 10k, nice steady run round .Talking to lots of people and reading the message on there backs, around 2000 runners and walkers..what a great day..
I finished in around 1 hr but it was great fun all the way round..
All for a good charity...

Nice run today 6.6 mi 1:01 (9:18 per mi )
Strong wind but nice pace,hopefully should have a great time at the GER..
Legs feel ok, but for some reason my shoulders are a bit tight..

Did not get in london 2010, well p***ed off now..

4.3mi 38:23 (9:07 per mi )
Feeling unsure what to do about a marathon next year, GER next for now anyway..

London is not the be all and end all of marathons Deano. Don't be too upset, you can still enter the club ballot.
