Good running Deano and good luck with the Hatton Darts if you decide to give it a crack.

It seems to always turn out warmer than the forecast at the moment doesn't it?

Good luck for Sunday Deano

Just got back from the robin hood half 13.24mi 1:59:57.
(9:03 per mi).

Just got round in under 2hr by my garmin, will have to see what chip time says..First time i have ran with that many people around 13,000 at the start...it took about 3 mile until the road way was clearing so you could run ..
Meet Jon,Pete and Zoe before the start..enjoyed the race but don't think i will do this one again, a bit expensive at £25 for just a medle...GER soon looking to go under 2hrs this time..
CHIP TIME 1:59:58.
Deano.... Always enjoy your running.

well done Deano.. it's totally different running with that many people - not something I'm that fond of but it suits some.

Well done Dean on the sub-2. It's easy to get stressed about pace when you're hemmed in on all sides at the start of these big races and/or waste lots of energy dodging your way through.

Well done on sub 2 Deano! I also don't like running in crowded races, at least not those that do deny you space to get away and settle into a decent pace.

Can't compare to my 10k in Stratford today in terms of crowd size obviously, but even this event slowed me down markedly in the first K.

Good running!
