Hope it's sorted soon Deano. So many of us seem to be getting hit with something or other just lately.

Nice consistency on the intervals Deano.

One question though - why would anyone want to run less?

Hi David, i have just got up after my sleep and my legs/quads still feel very heavy. The backward run today was just to see how hard it really is, i will try it again next week.

Stephen its the hard to make yourself not go out on a none run day but if i want to see if this plan works for me i have to follow it right for the next 12 weeks, at the moment it seams to be working i think..

Feel great so fingers crossed..

deano

Always enjoy your running.
