Hope you all had a great new year..
TARGETS.
ENJOY ALL MY RUNNING...
SUB 45 10K....
SUB 2 HR HALF MARA..
These are my main targets for this year...hope to get out and about to meet a few more of you this year..

GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL..

My first run of the year will be on sunday. after a week off...

Nice targets Deano - I am after the 45minute 10k myself - I think it will be a bit tougher than the 2hr h/m

TARGET. WEIGHT LOSE..NOW 12ST 13LB.( TODAY)..
TARGET - 12ST 7LB BY 40TH BIRTHDAY IN JULY..

Fisrt run of new year today , 6.25 mi ( 57 mins nice and steady.).9:10 per mi...battery gone in hr strap so no avghr today...

hope you all had a good weekend. cant wait for the NTRIX...

Have to agree with HW.. I found getting a sub 2 hours HM wasn't too bad, but improving on my 49:04 10k PB is going to take some serious work..

Nice steady run tonight. 5.6mi ( 52:35) 9:23 per/mi...a bit cold and slippy on the ground..

Good run today 5 mi (41:26) 8:13 per mi. avghr 150 , nice and warmer today,hope you are all well. looking forward to the NTRIX in a weeks time, it will be great to see all of you.

Just got back from a very steady 5 mi run, (45mins) 9min mi. avghr 150... made it back before it starts to rain, very windy tho...hopefully i will be running in the derby 5k on wednesday night, first race of the year in my very hard band now (11), i will really have to work hard to get any good points this year but its all good, i like a challege.....

Hi all, just got back from the derby 5k race, meet Stephen and Pete. Had a great run for me new PB 23:08. ON MY GARMIN,just got to what for the time to come on the web site,but should be around that time... old Pb 23:29..

5k 23:08 . (7:24) per mile..avghr 165..
SPLITS
4:27
4:37
4:41
4:33
4:40
AVG KM 4:36.

legs feel great so looking forward to Sunday and a sub 60 Min's if poss...see you all then...
