Mon 26th January
Rest

Scheduled rest day

Tue 27th January
3.2m - 28:53 - 9:02 - hr 169bpm/76%WHR


Wed 28th January
5m - 46:27 - 9:17 - hr 154bpm/73%WHR

This was mostly a slow run, but I picked up the pace in the last mile.. got really soaked in the drizzle yesterday lunchtime but v enjoyable

Thur 29th January
Rest

I'm not supposed to be resting today, but it's my birthday and there's pizza and beer in the office.. will run tomorrow instead of the scheduled rest day.

Matt thanks for the comment in my diary. I'm particularly worried about the time between London and Edinburgh and being able to train through. Hope your happy with your training.

Claire - I did get out for a 3 miler on Friday, but nothing more. It was a goodun - I was feeling really tired and it woke me up

This weekend I've been up at my folks on the Wirral. I got out for my 6 miles on Saturday evening (Upton to the River Mersey (at Moreton) and back) but unfortunately missed my LSR today. The plan was to go out when I got home, but with the weather, the journey back was pretty horrific. By the time we got home, it was late and the snow was really coming down. I'll have to make up the mileage tomorrow... if the snow continues I'll go on the treadmill (which I hate, but there you go)..

just a tad.. it's over a foot deep here and still coming down. Schools are closed, roads impossible - can't see much running taking place today.

Same here, the Downs at the back of me looks like a ski resort..fantastic Definately no running today and the Uni is closed so no work either
