Loving the poster! Fingers crossed for all of us that it gets a bit cooler by the weekend. I don't fancy doing a half in this heat

Metcheck now predicts 8c on Sunday rather than the 18c that it was doing earlier in the week, and a nice drop of rain too

I recently bought a foam roller to work on my IT bands on a recommendation from my physio. Got it out last night and had a go with it whilst watching the footy - it really bloomin hurts but almost instant results - legs much less tight today and knees feeling much better.

It's the sort of thing that's in danger of ending up here though if I'm not careful

Tip of the day:

Cut your toe nails today..gives them time to grow a bit by Sunday if you cut them a bit too short.
