Tues 21st April 3.37m- 00:29:47 - 08:50 - avg hr 161bpm/78% WHR Good sesh today.. - 0.5m at 9:30m.m - 1m at 7:30m/m - the rest at 9:20m/m the faster mile and the heat explains the high avg HR. Mighty warm today (c'mon clouds..)
I recently bought a foam roller to work on my IT bands on a recommendation from my physio. Got it out last night and had a go with it whilst watching the footy - it really bloomin hurts but almost instant results - legs much less tight today and knees feeling much better.
It's the sort of thing that's in danger of ending up here though if I'm not careful

In work today and then off until Tuesday. Off to the expo tomorrow afternoon and heading into London (to my hotel etc) on Sat afternoon. My race number is 26161 btw..
