if we think we're likely to get there at around the same time, we might be best organising a buffet.. my vote would be for a hot one.

What time is it intended for arrival at the pub?
Food preference would be for sandwiches & chips. To be honest, I'm not a fan of buffets. |

the race starts at 11 and the prize giving is at 1pm. Assuming we're hanging on for that (there may well be a prize or two for us), maybe 2pm?
Butties and chips would be good too.

Not overly fussed what the food is, but preferably way before 2pm or I'm likely to keel over |

They are more than happy to cook meals for us so I'm happy to stick with what we did last year just thought I would offer you a choice
Stephen I have provisionally booked the AGM for 2-4pm BUT the times are flexible.
11am start for the race, 12.30 before we ALL finish. I intend to shower after the race so don't expect to get to the pub until around 1.30pm.

I aint bovered
I'll probably eat my own sandwiches back at race HQ (I'm a vegetarian and at least I know I'll have something to eat). Then I'll meet you all in the pub around 2 o'clock.
Sooner we start the better for me, we all have a long trek home.

I'm intending on a warm down jog & shower after racing too.
Might eat before the pub as like heavyweight, I'm not sure I could hang on 'til after 2pm. |

Right details as follows:
AGM Boars Head, Hampton Lucy (about 4 miles from race HQ) http://theboarsheadhamptonlucy4food.co.uk/default.aspx
Sandwiches and chips will be available from 1.30pm courtesy of Uknetrunner. Drinks and further food can be purchased at the bar but will obviously not be funded by the club.
We will aim to kick off the AGM no later than 2pm, before if we can.
That gives us 2 hours to race, cool down, shower and clear the trophies.
I am working on the agenda today and an email will follow in the next day or so.
