Is anyone else having trouble getting their thumbnail picture to work with the forum?

I have a direct link to the picture http://www.mattthomas.me.uk/archives/thumbnails/mt.jpg

This is set within the 'Picture' field within my profile settings but there still appears to be a blank thumbnail next to my posts.

Am I doing the right thing here to get this to work or have I forgotten something?
