I remember Monkey That was a mad programme to watch as a kid!

Bit of music i have just downloaded not sure how good it is to run to is the theme musuc from the Film True Romance. Great bit of music, be ok for a slow long run.

How about this - a new release from the master (and his mate who's helped U2 and Roxy Music out a bit in the past!)

AND if you want to see one of the funniest videos for a long long time ....

The man himself - David Byrne - as poached by the BPA (Brighton Port Authority - which is predominantly Fatboy Slim) and featuring Dizzie Rascal.

I've been listening to the Manic Street Preachers cover of Umbrella a lot recently - http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=JohzXpM-vkU

I tend to like my music a bit louder than most, so these were all on my MPŁ player during my run today:

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=z7tuDJWCnxg - Love this remix too
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=siBoLc9vxac - Never been a big G&R fan, but this song is epic
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=wiy5kDOVSLo - Another good down tempo number.
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=3ZlDZPYzfm4 - You can't beat a bit of Iron Maiden
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=O6vOj_OPzHo - (I had this as the first dance at my wedding)

Have got the Ting Tings on at the moment, weren't really my thing until I saw them at Reading last week and they rocked!!

Most of their songs have a superb beat to run to.
