I remember Monkey That was a mad programme to watch as a kid!
Bit of music i have just downloaded not sure how good it is to run to is the theme musuc from the Film True Romance. Great bit of music, be ok for a slow long run.

i like soundtracks...Pulp Fiction and Resevoir Dogs, spring to mind, Tarantino has a knack of finding the song for the action....Love, Honour and Obey, Ray Winstone doing Avenues and Alleyways...i,ve just had Dads Anthems and Dads Jukebox... My itunes library is vast,and dodgy too....i have a teenage daughter on last nights run, i had.... Style council, walls come tumbling Heaven 17, crushed by the wheels Madness, prospects Ultravox, all stood still The Jam, down in the tube station Oasis, go let out Mission impossible theme tune Specials, dawning of a new era Kate Bush, wuthering heights Theme to van der valk Police, syncronicity Undertones, my perfect cousin Nkob, right stuff Rod Stewart, maggie may Ordinary Boys, boys will be boys Undertones, the kids dont like it 10cc, i,m not in love Slade, merry christmas(NOT DODGY BUT IT IS jULY.. ) George Micheal, fast love Take That, shine Paul Weller/noel Gallagher, talk tonight

Have got the Ting Tings on at the moment, weren't really my thing until I saw them at Reading last week and they rocked!!
Most of their songs have a superb beat to run to. |
