Ok, the ipod/mp3 runners community seem to be breeding quicker than rabbits..... so, what music do you train too. Good or bad, cool or tacky, old or new......?????

The funny thing about this thread is that without going to the links, nobody knows what we are listening to!

Fantastic, i thought this would end up just being dance stuff. Loved the 10 miles to go on a 9 mile road...... where you dig that out of?

All the tracks I've listed so far I have on my MP3.
Jim White - 10 miles to go on a 9 mile road - Jim was the support artist for David Byrne when I saw him in cocert in Leeds & Manchester. Got into Jim's music then and followed him ever since.
Wake Up - Arcade Fire classic! Such energy! Keeps me going.
I like Arctic Monkeys but have none in my MP3 at the mo. - must do something about that!
This one is special!

(I was listening to this on the way to the hospital the day my dad died - it has been specal ever since, and always boosts me!)

My special one for much the same reasons, it was released when my sis in law was dying but always motivates me and picks me up when I've had enough.
