Really tight tho Dips so a PB or 2 and youll be storming back to the top. Racing at my favourite 10k on Sunday in Lincoln but weather forecast is horrendous at mo. See that Shaun Bonner has sneaked up towards the top too

you're right Dips, I am racing this weekend. Should PB too (I'll be pretty shocked if I dont), despite the weather. Just hope the weather doesn't stop me from running as quick as I want to.

Humm this looks like a bit of a 'face off' to me! the two big guns eyeing up each other before they battle it out at the weekend.
Shaun may be peaking too early so you should be in the clear for a while
As for me I have a half on Saturday but carrying a niggling calf pain so will see how it feels on the day as to what pace I do. I think Stephen suggesting that I take it easy is his way of keeping me off the top

my downfall is going to be after FLM - I'm not racing again until June! David (and others, I'm sure) will be well ahead of me by then.

with the weather thats forecast not too sure bout a PB this weekend so i may have to give you all a small chance hee hee, however i am down to do a 10 miler race next weekend and have a little bit of confidence for that one as i do prefer the longer distance. Wish i shared the optimism of Shaun peaking too early....... ive got a feeling he's holding back . Stephen, with London sooooo close now i really think you should consider just trotting at the back of your race, dont want you risking anything (nudge nudge, wink wink) please dont be thinking i have other motives in mind when i say that..... Stephen you dont think that Wicked n Dips have been lining someones pockets with a bit of cash so that we end up with tougher GP banding do you?

As if I would line pockets to get my own way?
Well the weather in Prague looks better than here so I might surprise you both...mind you I still won't get on top even with a PB!
As my calf is niggling more than a niggle it is likely to be me trotting at the back though.

Well it's happened, my brief but glorious time at the top has ended.... but it was lovely while it lasted. However, Damn well done Stephen, keep that seat warm for me.

| I suspect it won't be long before you're back on top. After the London Marathon next week, I'm not racing until mid-June. |
