Wicked, i need to try all the excuses i can...... turn 40 in July and cant use em anymore after that.
I'll keep trying Dips but with the races youve done you deserve to be up top...... for now xx

I think it might be all change at the top this weekend..Stephen is racing for one thing!
I have a half tomorrow but it will only get the minimum points from it...a hilly off roader.
Just had another look at the leader's running list...3 marathons in a month?  Be great to hear more?

I need to get on the board - not racing until the end of the month but it will be an uphill battle. I think my last 10k time was in 2006 - and i was a lot quicker then - only coming back from 3 months off now so i doubt it will be any bonus points for me!

It takes a couple of days to update Stephen, but does do it automatically. My Sunday result isn't on there yet either.
