Hi Michael - sure am! Not sure how fast I'm going to be, but looking forward to it.

What sort of times are you getting in your marathons? Are you speeding up or slowing down?

Laura - You only regret what you don't do.

aiming to get around most in 4.30,except dublin at the end of october and will go with 4 hour pace group, did it last year in 402.iam going to use run walk method in anglesey as its hilly, run 10 mins and walk 1 min, tried this a couple of years back when i was ill prepared for a marathon and found it really helps,i even finished well ahead of friends who ran all the way.also a great way to get through a long training run.any time planned yourself.

7 marathons in 7 months on 1 continent.

Michael, I am booked to do Dublin as well so depending on how long you staying amd where possibly arrange a meet sometime, that is providing I stay injury free as am doing the Loch Ness one 3 weeks before, fingers crossed training is going ok apart from normal aches and pains to be expexted with high mileage weeks.
Regards
Donald

Michael, Will arrange a time and place nearer the date, will get the Loch Ness one out of the way first, hoping for under 3.30 (managed 3.10 in London) so fingers crossed should be okay, am due to fly out on the Friday before it and back on the Wednesday, want to visit the Guiness brewery but suppose better save that till the Tuesday.
