Great stuff Wicked ..... quite an achievement - and a great membership drive by yourself and others this year.
That's the good thing about the way the club works - personal referral to the club saves the club money (which we don't have in abundance) on promotional activities and keeps membership fees down.
Let's keep UKnetrunner at Number 1 spot!!!!!

It was through Fetch that I heard about UKnetrunner (registered as Running Ninja on there though!)
I was looking for an online based club, and UKnetrunner stood out as one of the best!! (will I get reduced subscriptions for that!)
Fetch is ideal for me for route planning and as a training log - I even had people betting on my GNR run (they wont do that again though in a hurry as I was around 4 mins behind my predicted time)
Definetely worth registering with!

Maiday - your right and although Fetch is good for what it does OUR club rocks and dont you just love the name "UKNETRUNNER" and makes YOU as a member SPECIAL
even IF FERC comes into being, there will be those who are members of 2 clubs and the loyalty lies with the 1st claim club and as much as I enjoy the Fetch site "UKnetrunner.co.UK" will ALWAYS be my 1st claim club, I love the design as its very BRITISH and sounds as it is UK and British
and all the above from a everyday member LOL |

I would second that Wicked!
I have only recently discovered Fetch and would thoroughly recommend it although I do know a lot of runners at work and only one of them had even heard of Fetch so it doesn't always get out to the masses the way it should.
Since I've been a regular recreational runner, the social contacts you make really make this a great community, so many great characters in running!

I hadn't heard of fetch until I joined on here. I signed up this morning and within an hour I was addicted. My work will now inevitably suffer, profits will fall, my business will fold and the wife and I will be hungry and homeless. Damn you all!!
PS. Nice to see we are doing well in the league tables. Are there prizes involved, or just kudos?

Pete As runners, It's a wonder we ever get time to go to work with all the websites we have to maintain for our running.
As well as our running itself the ones I regularly look at/update are
UK Net Results/data(obviously) UK Net Forum Fetch (blog results and training) Runners World Facebook Garmin tools for logging times etc Regular Email
Its a hard life

http://www.fetcheveryone.com/
its free and we can publish our club for free,......... BONUS and enjoy the Fetch stuff too
for our club to be a head of "Serpentine RC" is an awesome achievement, I was involved in the London scene (military) 20 years ago and Serpentine RC was around then, they work very similar to our club with members from afar too
we are TOP (for now) so COME on UKnetrunners, keep on selling our luverly club
