Nice steady run today 5.5mi 49:57 ( 9:22 per mi ).
lovely morning for a run ...legs feel ok..

First run for 7 days, felt like crap all week so had a week off..

4 mi 36:43 9:10 per mi...
nice steady run ready for sundays worksop half, going for a easy run..son's 18th birthday on saturday so may have a bad head sunday morning..ha..ha..

Worksop half today 2:04 ish .hardest half i have done..Report done
...still feel odd...

Chip time 2:04:05..feeling a bit better today..

Not ran since Sundays race, been off work all week trying to get rid of this thing that as hold of me..sorry about the high peak relay but i don't think i will be OK to run .....
hope it all works out for this event as i was looking for ward to doing this...

Off work again this week, no running now for 2 weeks. Only ran once in the last 3 weeks so feeling crap at the moment...hopefully i will be able to run on the 15th nov heanor pud 10k..
see how thing go..

sorry about the high peak relay going mad with injury and illness..

I hope you get well and sorted soon matey, it looks as though you've hit a RUNNERS BLUE PERIOD, an injury also doesnt help, i went through a couple of these periods once after Hull20 and after running 2 & half marathons in 3 weeks, so I know how you feel now

you sound gutted over the High Peak Relay BUT your Health is more important, I'm sure there'll be other relay events when your fit and well

Your body is telling you to rest so do as your told you'll come back stronger because of the rest

First run for 2/3 weeks (training run).been of work now for 2 weeks, so needed to get out, 6 mile loop, no watch around 1hr, nice and steady..chest felt a bit tight in the last mile but legs ok...

got some new trainers yesterday BROOKS TRANCE 8 £109.99 down to £59.99 very happy with that..

will run again at the weekend see how we go..

sorry about the high peak relay this weekend maybe next year we can make it a good event....

Good to hear you're running again Deano and don't worry about High Peak, you're not the only one struggling.

I guess you've probably seen they've closed a massive section of the Riverside Path due to the industrial park construction? Right bloody inconvenience.

Nice and steady 5.7mi 52:22 (9:18 per mi).
lovely run today , nice and sunny but a bit cool in the wind..don't know where all the rain is but i don't mind ,we will keep the sun all to ourselfs..

Great fresh morning for a run, 5.2 mi 48:56. (9:20 per mi ).

Brilliant run today, little rain on way round but nice and fresh..

Heanor 10k pud race this weekend, so last 10k race for me this year.try for a good time 51mins last year so would like to get under that if poss but NO PRESSURE...
