Details of the 2009 AGM will be mailed to all members once details are finalised.

In the meantime - if anyone wishes to raise any issues to be discussed at the AGM, or suggestions for AGM content re: improvement / development of the club - please post your thoughts here.

Also - if anyone is wishing to indicate attendance of the 2009 AGM (which will be held somewhere around the Stratford area following the Not the Roman IX event in January) please indicate on this thread.

Many thanks.

Personally it wasn't easy getting Alan to STOP speaking!!

It was great to see so many clubbies though even if one or two were a bit cheeky...Mr Jarman?.

I'm a bit bogged down with work at the moment but hope to get the minutes out later in the week. Will also try to cover my action points (emails) before then.

Sandwiches and chips will be available from 1.30pm courtesy of Uknetrunner. Drinks and further food can be purchased at the bar but will obviously not be funded by the club.

We will aim to kick off the AGM no later than 2pm, before if we can.

That gives us 2 hours to race, cool down, shower and clear the trophies.

I am working on the agenda today and an email will follow in the next day or so.

I'm intending on a warm down jog & shower after racing too.

Might eat before the pub as like heavyweight, I'm not sure I could hang on 'til after 2pm.
