Ok, the ipod/mp3 runners community seem to be breeding quicker than rabbits..... so, what music do you train too. Good or bad, cool or tacky, old or new......?????

Running is the greatest metaphor for life, because you get out of it what you put into it.

No precipitation in Loughborough this week, so we have mostly been doing a bit of this....

Just found out, believe it or not, some of the msuic by Disney is quite good to run to.
It's up beat to keep your legs moving and is usually a good pick me up.
Songs like 'Hakuna Matata' and 'the bare necessities'.

Pretty much anything by Pendulum is good for rhythm (if you dont mind some drumb & Bass).

I'm loving the rocky theme tune, its corny but it works!

Alan, I have a feeling you might like this one.

I know the music has been posted already, but it's worth listening to again with the original Rocky II footage. Almost brings a tear to my eye!

Also, Alan, if you like a baseline, this is a corker!

Have got the Ting Tings on at the moment, weren't really my thing until I saw them at Reading last week and they rocked!!

Most of their songs have a superb beat to run to.
